1970s - 1980s: Establishing Foundations

1970-19801990-2000: Management
In the early nineties, the Foshee family acquired and retained their initial properties, beginning with the Halcyon Park Apartments located in Montgomery, Alabama.
1990-20002001-2002: A Turning Point
Golson Foshee joined in 2001, managing properties and modernizing systems. Following his father's decline in health, he took on greater responsibility, navigating the business through transformative change with a team-oriented approach.
2001-20022000s: Expansion & Fee Management
The early 2000s saw the acquisition and development of new properties. By 2008, Foshee expanded into fee management, taking on properties for third-party owners, significantly growing their portfolio and expertise. With property acquisitions and fee-management ventures, Foshee saw steady growth, managing hundreds of units.
2000s2010s: Community Revitalization
Foshee spearheaded revitalization projects in Montgomery, managing loft conversions and urban developments. These initiatives aimed to attract young professionals and create vibrant downtown living spaces, fostering a "culture of cool" and community pride.
2010s2025: Leadership and Legacy
Now managing 10,000 units, Foshee Residential continues its legacy of property development and management with a commitment to building communities, providing exceptional service, and positively impacting residents’ lives.
