Completed in November 2016, Grace Pointe Apartments provide 56 affordable two-bedroom apartments for adults aged 55 and up in the Auburn, AL, area. The units are equipped with various security features, storm doors, central heat/air, washer/dryer hookups, ceiling fans, ranges, microwaves, dishwashers, and refrigerators with ice makers. The development also features amenities such as a clubhouse with a community room, computer center, exercise room, gazebo, and picnic area with grills. Grace Pointe has easy access to U.S. 280 and the University/Shug Jordan “loop” around Auburn.
This is a project of the Alabama Council on Human Relations financed with HOME funds and tax credits provided by the Alabama Housing Finance Authority; with equity from Raymond James; with construction financing from Auburn Bank; and permanent financing from the Alabama Multifamily Loan Consortium.
Grace Pointe Apartments are conveniently located just 2.5 miles from downtown Auburn. Downtown Auburn contains a wide variety of different shops and dining locations. Taco Mama is a popular Mexican restaurant serving unique tacos, salads, bowls, and so much more. For Chicken Salad lovers, you have to try Chicken Salad Chick, a unique restaurant serving various flavors of chicken salad. Grace Pointe is located just five minutes away from the Auburn Mall, which houses stores like Dillards, Belk, American Eagle, and more. A few minutes further in Tiger Town, there are multiple shopping centers with stores such as Target, T.J. Maxx, Kohl’s, Home Depot, etc.
