Foshee Residential is now offering prospective renters the option to book a self-guided tour at select communities. Self-guided tours allow prospects to explore a community at their own pace, without the guidance of a leasing agent.
How Do the Self-Guided Tours Work?
The prospect can select a day and time that is most convenient for them, which is great for those with busy schedules who may not be able to visit the community during normal office hours. Here’s how it works:
Renters scan the QR code on the sign located in front of the community’s leasing office or visit their website for the self-guided tour link. They are then prompted to register and schedule the tour. During the registration process, they are required to upload a form of identification and a credit card. This covers the community in the event of any damages. After registration, they receive a confirmation email with their access code and a link to their tour navigation.
On the day and time of their appointment, they visit the kiosk located in the community and enter their access code to retrieve the keys. The tour navigation leads them to the model apartment unit and any amenities that they may be interested in. At the end of the tour, the prospect returns to the kiosk to re-enter their access code and return their keys.
Outside of the leasing office at each community that offers these tours, Foshee has added a sign to let prospects know about this option. It has a QR code that leads them right to the website where they can book their tour at their preferred time. Some prospects opt for this option over an agent-led tour even during normal business hours.
The company began offering this touring option in 2023. Since then, over 15 Foshee Residential managed communities across Montgomery, Mobile, and Mississippi now offer self-guided tours.
