About the Preferred Employers Program
The Preferred Employers Program was created to recognize and support individuals who serve and strengthen communities throughout the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Qualified applicants may receive:
- 5% monthly rent concession
- $0 deposit with approved credit
(Terms apply. Applicants who are required to obtain a bond must still pay the applicable bond amount.)
Who Qualifies for the Preferred Employers Program?
The Preferred Employers Program is available to:
- First responders
- Active military members
- Military veterans
- College students
- Teachers employed by the Harrison County School District

Additionally, The Preserve provides convenient access to beaches, shopping, dining, and Interstate 10.
Oxford Point Apartments
Oxford Point in Gulfport, Mississippi, offers spacious one, two, and three-bedroom apartments with washer and dryer connections, large closets, and private patios or balconies.
