Historical Charm
The Bell Building was built in the early 1900s. At the time, it was Montgomery’s tallest building and was home to various luxurious offices. In 2018, the building was transformed into the city’s only high-rise luxury loft-style apartments.
Although the Bell Building underwent a major transformation, it was important to Foshee Residential that they kept the original features of the building as well. They elected to preserve the exterior, the foyer, the tile flooring found in the hallways, and the beautiful oversized windows.
Luxurious Loft-Style Living
Although Foshee Residential maintained the beautiful architecture of the historic Bell Building, the units are far from historic. Each unit was perfectly designed with gorgeous modern features such as stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and an in-unit washer/dryer. The building features a total of 88 one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 746 to 1,034 square feet.
