Grace Pointe

Completed in November 2016, Grace Pointe Apartments provide 56 affordable two-bedroom apartments for adults age 55 and up in the Auburn, AL area. The units are equipped with various security features, storm doors, central heat/air, washer/dryer hookups, ceiling fans, ranges, microwaves, dishwashers, and refrigerators with ice maker. The development also features amenities such as a clubhouse with community room, computer center, exercise room, gazebo, and picnic area with grills.

This is a project of the Alabama Council on Human Relations financed with HOME funds and tax credits provided by the Alabama Housing Finance Authority; with equity from Raymond James; with construction financing from Auburn Bank; and permanent financing from the Alabama Multifamily Loan Consortium.
