Foshee Residential brought team members together in Birmingham, Alabama, October 6–8 for Foshee + Connect 2026, the company’s annual conference. Over three days, property managers, regional managers, regional leasing specialists, and industry peers learned, collaborated, and strengthened connections while gaining new ideas to take back to their teams and communities.
From a tailgate-themed kickoff at Topgolf to industry education and a full day of Foshee-focused learning, Foshee + Connect 2026 was a celebration of the people, partnerships, and shared commitment that continue to move Foshee Residential forward.

Tuesday, Oct. 6: Topgolf Kickoff Event
Foshee + Connect 2026 kicked off Tuesday evening at Topgolf Birmingham. This year’s tailgate theme brought plenty of team spirit as attendees represented their favorite teams and enjoyed an evening of friendly competition, conversation, and connection.
The kickoff provided an opportunity for team members from across Foshee Residential’s portfolio to reconnect with familiar faces, meet managers from other markets, mingle with sponsors, and enjoy time together before the conference sessions began.

Wednesday, Oct. 7: PivotAL
On Wednesday, attendees participated in PivotAL, the Alabama Apartment Association’s annual conference. Held at the Birmingham Jefferson Convention Center (BJCC), the event brought multifamily professionals together for education, industry insights, and networking with peers from throughout Alabama and beyond.
Participating in PivotAL allowed the Foshee Residential team to hear new perspectives, explore emerging trends, and bring fresh ideas back to the communities and teams they serve.

Thursday, Oct. 8: Foshee + Connect Conference Day
Thursday brought the focus back to Foshee Residential for a full day of learning, collaboration, and conversation at Foshee + Connect 2026. A major focus of this year’s conference was preparing teams for the ways technology and industry expectations continue to evolve. Sessions explored artificial intelligence and its growing impact on multifamily.
Team members also received important updates on Foshee Residential policies and procedures, helping ensure consistency and alignment across the organization. These conversations provided an opportunity not only to review what is changing, but also to better understand how updated policies support teams, community members, and day-to-day operations.
Whether adapting to new technology, strengthening existing processes, or learning from one another, staying informed and open to change helps our teams better serve the communities Foshee Residential manages.
