The name “Juniper Row” was inspired by the beautiful juniper trees that line the community and enhance its natural charm.

The rebrand to Juniper Row marks a new chapter for the community and reflects the extensive updates and improvements made since Foshee Residential took over management. The new name symbolizes a fresh start and a renewed commitment to quality living.
Since taking over management in Spring 2024, Foshee Residential has carried out extensive renovations at Juniper Row. Interior upgrades include fully renovated apartment homes with beautiful vinyl plank flooring, modern appliances, and in-unit washers and dryers. Exterior improvements include significantly improved landscaping and enhancements to the community’s buildings.
