A Foshee Residential managed community, formerly known as Saddleback Ridge, recently underwent a rebrand. The community, located at 135 Hambleton Rd, Montgomery, AL 36117, is now known as “The Rosemary”. This name change symbolizes Foshee’s dedication to revitalizing and improving this community.
A New Look
The Rosemary showcases a fresh look with new signage displayed throughout the property. These signs feature beautiful brick detailing and prominently display the new logo in green. The color green often symbolizes nature, renewal, and tranquility, helping to create a sense of harmony and balance. In designing the logo, Foshee Residential chose a vibrant green hue to symbolize its dedication to creating a sophisticated atmosphere where residents can truly thrive.

This rebrand doesn’t just come with a name change. The Rosemary has been hard at work adding some exciting new features and amenities to their community.
Electric Vehicle Charging Stations
In the summer of 2023, The Rosemary installed an Electric Vehicle Charging Station in their community. The Blink IQ 200 chargers are the fastest Level 2 AC charging stations available, producing 80 amps of output, providing approximately 65 miles of charge in an hour. Pool Deck Renovation
The main pool at The Rosemary recently got a complete facelift! The community replaced the previous concrete on the pool deck with gorgeous cobblestone, added some fresh paint to the clubhouse, and purchased new furniture.

Outdoor Resident Hangout Area
The Rosemary recently added an outdoor hangout area next to the pool for residents to enjoy! This area features a firepit, tables, cornhole, a grassy area, and string lights, making it the perfect place for residents to spend spring and summer evenings.
Valet Trash Services
The Rosemary announced in late March 2025 that they would be adding an exciting new amenity to their community- valet trash services! They have partnered with ACS, a valet trash service with 15 years of experience. This popular amenity provides an added convenience to residents and eliminates those dreaded trips to the dumpster.
