The Flats offers modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment homes, each approximately 878 sq ft.
Our standard lease term is 12 months, with all leases ending on July 31st. Depending on your move-in date, the initial lease may be slightly shorter to align with this schedule.
There is a required risk mitigation fee that is $15/month. Pest control and trash are included monthly at no extra cost!
All apartments at The Flats include in-unit washers and dryers for your convenience.
