4 Bed / 2 Bath (Standard or Renovated) – 1,096 sq ft
Our standard lease term is 12 months, with all leases ending on July 31st. Depending on your move-in date, the initial lease may be slightly shorter to align with this schedule.
There is a required risk mitigation fee that is $15/month. Pest control and trash are included monthly at no extra cost!
All 2- and 4-bedroom units come equipped with in-unit washers and dryers!
