The Foshee Communities are pleased to offer the Preferred Employer Program. Employees of a “Preferred Employer” are eligible to receive:

• 3% rent discount per month
• 50% off of their security deposit (up to a maximum of $200 with approved credit)
• One free rental of the community’s clubhouse (deposit is still required)

Current “Preferred Employers” are:

• ALFA Insurance
• Baptist Health
• Hyundai
• The City of Montgomery
• The City of Prattville
• Montgomery County
• Autauga County
• The State of Alabama
• The United States Government
• The United States Military

Any current resident that is a “Preferred Employer” employee is eligible for this program at the time of their renewal. The 3% discount will be calculated off the lowest rate if we are running a special rather than the market rate.
